There is always Porche Classic Motor Oil 20W50. Developed for air cooled engines. Not cheap but I only change my oil once a year.<br>

I've been using a Lucasoil product that's a zinc additive for modern oil in flat tappet engines, like ours. IIRC, a bottle costs about $10 and half a bottle does 1 Type 3 engine oil change.<br>
