And the quantity recommended for our VW Squareback with a 10-gallon fuel tank was a far greater cost than Pri-G..</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Pri-G recommends 1 oz. for 16 gallons of fuel.</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Stabil recommends 1 oz. for 2.5 gallons of fuel. That's ~4X greater amount than Pri-G.</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">When we lived in our 38' diesel pusher motor home for 17+ years and parked for an extended period oftime, during our summer or winter RV Parks I always used Pri-G. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">The motor home had an 80 gallon tank. We used 4 or 5 oz. of Pri-D (D for diesel engines).</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">With Stabil we would have needed to use 32 oz. I thought I had Elwood all put away for the long winters nap. Full tank of<br>
non-ethanal fuel with Stabil, fresh oil change, overinflate all tires to<br>
38/40 psi.. bla, bla, bla.<br>

Then today I had to drive it from one garage bay to the other side and<br>
Voila' - instant power steering!!! Man, with 38/40 psi. in the front tires<br>
it was amazingly easier to steer!<br>

Of course NEVER actually drive your type 3 with overinflated tire pressures,<br>
but I thought it was pretty funny to feel what our cars would feel like with<br>
power steering.<br>
