Even for someone with full strength in their hand, I don't think the hand 
clutch idea is realistic. It would just take too much strength to work our 
clutch. The force required here is much greater than in a motorcycle. It's 
possible that someone could redesign a pressure plate that would work this way, 
but that would be a major engineering job. I don't know how you could do it, 
but, then again, I don't know much about motorcycle clutches.
