Did you check to see if the pressure sensor still holds halfway
decent vacuum?

When you turn the key ON do you hear a relay click and then a second
click ~1 sec later?

Get a VOM. Pull the 3-pin plug out of the distributor. Set the VOM to
read Ohms and connect it between the center pin and one side pin on
the distributor. Have a friend crank the starter. Do the same test
between the center pin and the other side pin.

In both cases, the VOM needle should swing to max and min as the
engine turns over. Does it do this on both tests?

Find the fuel pump relay under the dash. Crank the starter while you
keep one hand on the white plastic plug on that relay. When you think
the engine is flooded, pull that plug off while you keep cranking.
Within 10 seconds the flooding should get purged and the engine
should start to fire. Does it? If it does, you can try putting that
plug back on once the firing seems about right. You might be able to
start the car this way, but you might also have to keep pulling the
plug on and off to get some happy medium of gas to the engine.
