Actually I.I.R.C. the bore is 22.2mm.

Why are you replacing?  If they are German they should be saved: not making that quality anymore. ;)  You can get a hone and rebuild kit at your F.LA.P.S., Jack has been doing this for a long time.  If no wetness or corrosion in the bore or cups, I would reuse them.

If you really have to replace, 1302 and 1303 rear wheel cylinders will work.
