[T3] Early Bumpers

Sounds like those number mean something else on this bumper.  Not an issue,
As long as I can bolt the factory late mounts for it as its going on the 65.

Hi Keith, if it was a true 3-62 bumper, you would see welded in bracket on
the inside of the blades. The never offered the later type on any March,
1962 car. The hole that you are talking about is also on a bumper I have
that came off a '67 type-3.
