[T3] Rattling shifter

I'm glad it was something simple that fixed it. : ) I wasn't sure it would, 
 but you never know. Like Jim Adney says, "Don't throw away the old parts 
until  you're sure the new ones work right". I guess he was a head in his 
thinking. ;^)  But he does have a point, the quality of the old parts is 
usually better than  the new stuff available today. :O
