[T3] rocker trim (?)

The parts book calls it "Moulding - Sill panel".

The inner and outer sill with an intermediate panel all join together in a
flange at the top, and the clips that fit in the groove in the sill panel
moulding clip onto this flange. You won't damage anything by lifting it off
to take a look. It also holds the cloth channel trim onto the flange of the
door frame.

Unless there is rust causing a hole in the rocker pannel, there are no
holes. Often rust occurs in this area. Be brave, pull the trim off and
look at the rocker panel. If there are holes, weld them shut or use
fiberglass to seal them.
