[T3] Newbie with dumb questions.

I don't think so... even with stock CARBS, the T3 gets in the upper 20's,
with twice the HP and torque, the gas mileage is gonna go down, you don't
get something for nothing... 

Until you go to the REAL modern engine technology, and even then there are
limits.
