[T3] Rattling shifter

It's a pretty simple operation. When you disconnect the rod from the
coupling on the front of the transaxle (get replacement parts for the
coupling while you have it apart) you will see that the rod tapers down
considerably at the end before the splined portion. When you slide the rod
far enough forward to get this tapered portion to this bushing you can
remove the worn one and place the new one on the rod and clip it in place.
You will be amazed what one shifts like with both a new coupling and shift
rod bushing. Be sure and put a little grease on the rod but it doesn't take
much.
