[T3] Charging issues still

Correct jim I meant to type "additional/extra" load other than that  
required to run the engine and power the clock. It appears that I'm  
down to 2 possibilities. Battery and V R. So I will order a new V R  
and install it and try again. The non bosch mechanical V R is the most  
likely. When it arrives and is installed I'll run the same course with  
no additional loads and see how that performs.
