[T3] Tire Failure/Humidity

*Not to dispute your Wisconsin weather, (I lived there 50+ years, too) high
humid summers; low humidity winters. * *

We now spend "winters" on the Gulf Coast in South Texas where the humidity
is (more often than not) from 80% to 90%.  You've got to start thinking ALL
of U.S.  :-)  Jes' funnin' ya.*
