[T3] Brake Lights

NO, wrong!  They only work with the ignition on.  Modern cars often have
them permanently live (why??) but ours need the ignition on.

I've just noticed that on a UK keyboard with the club name, if you hit
shift3&shift4 it comes out as the GBPsign&$.  Sums up our cars?
