[T3] nanking tires

I have about 500 miles on a set of Nanking tires.
The ride, handling and traction are good.
Only problem is the surface of the tire sidewalls keep turning a dusty brown.  Seems like something is still leaching out of the rubber.
A good coat of armour-all every 2-3 weeks hides it.
