Large cooling air bellows in place and intact?

Small metal plates that the SP wires have to go thru on each side to 
get to the SPs in place?

Rubber air seals in place against those plates?

Check adjustment/function of the chokes. They should be fully open 
with the engine hot, closed when cold.
