Yes, new bellows, clamped securely.

> Small metal plates that the SP wires have to go thru on
> each side to get to the SPs in place?

Yes.

> Rubber air seals in place against those plates?

Sort of, hard and rigid. Bought nice soft ones today. Will replace tomorrow.

> Check adjustment/function of the chokes. They should be
> fully open with the engine hot, closed when cold.

Will check tomorrow.
