What's a weep hole?

The weep hole is a small hole in the boot that allows fluid to drain out IF
the rear seal on the master cylinder decides to start leaking. by putting
it on the bottom, it allows it to drain. That hole also allows the boot to
squish when the brake pedal is applied.
