The SR17X is the right choice if you want something to drop in 
easily, but with no exchange, that's a rather expensive option.

If your engine is out, an easy alternative would be to fill the egged 
out portion of the hole with epoxy and install a standard starter 
bushing back in the hole. The epoxy doesn't need to be anything 
special; it's just there to back up the bushing.
