[T3] fuel tank leak

I note that VW also seem to list the J-tube for external filler Type 3s with
the bayonet filler cap 311 201 179A . That's another part I thought wasn't
available from them.
It doesn't eradicate other problems as Jim's kit dows, and the 179C for
later cars is listed as NLA.

There is a facility on the disc to get the prices, but I suspect that would
need a live connection to VW - could be awkward!
