[T3] Brake Lights

Here is a great explanation from Phil on the fuse box:
...from the driver's  seat, #1 is on the left).

>From left, #1 as we designated...
1/2 bridged:  These get power (from bottom) from the light switch for running lamps.
3/4 bridged: Low beams
4/5 bridged: high beams
6/7/8 bridged/jumpered: things that need power full-time, including fuel pump relay, 4-way switch, interior light, door buzzer.  These are all at the top and are protected.  There are more things that get power from the lower side, but these are (at this point in their circuit paths) unprotected by a fuse.
9/10/11 bridged:  These are the "key-on" devices, including at top, 4-way switch, brake check light, brake lights, wipers, and the radio (usually).  Again, there are more devices that get power here, but from the unfused, lower side.

Thanks,
Adriel

Checked the filaments, and they are all good. From what I am understanding from Phil, Jack, and the diagram, 12 volts is supplied with the key on, then goes to the switch on the master cylinder, then to the left light, and finally right light and ground. I have 12 volts at the fuse box, but not at the brake switch (none at all six) or the rear terminals. Now what?
