*Just a thought
... are there any colleges or universities that would have dorm rooms
available?  If it's June the campus might be "open" for a rally.

When we were motor cycling (1980's) we went to a rally in in Richmond,
Kentucky.  Some of the people stayed in dorm rooms on the Eastern Kentucky
University campus.

Universities/colleges also have large parking lots, too.  If that's of any
need for choosing a venue.
