[T3] A new T-34 owner?

When you think how much force would be needed to rip a chunk of floorpan
out, you've got to realise what the belt will be doing to you! Even the 2"
square 1/8" thick backing plates that I've seen supplied would be strong
enough for the job.

John, I was gonna ask your opinion on 3 point retractables in the Crate,
I
got a set of T3 ones, I have the inner tunnel mounts but nothing on the
rocker, I was thinking of bolting it to the floorpan with a reinforcement
washer, but... ya think I can wedge it between the body and pan around one
of the pan bolts?

Lookin for ideas!

I wouldn't do that Keith, as those bolts are only 8mm, and kind of soft. At
least the bolts that come with new seat belts are 7/16ths, and grade 8
quality. Much better arangement. They also include a thick large flat
washer, and lock washer with the kit. I even got a couple of extra bolts
(with the large washer) with my bushings from WW.
