That is why I do not understand why it was running fine and held vacuum, but when we opened it the diaphragm was cracked.  My best guess was all the oil pooled where the crack was and sealed it.  I repaired it with packing tape and hope to try it tommorow.

I have read so much that I do not always remember everything.  I remember by doing and noting the results or others, like Keith saying turning in the inner stop richens the load mixture.
