[T3] list funds and Wolfe family (was Re: Russ Wolfe)

I'm now (as of late 2010) just covering the VWType3.org hosting
alongside my other personal hosting, as the costs are now relatively
modest compared to the over $70/month that they were waaaaay back in
the early 1990's!

Should anyone want to offset hosting costs, the new host provides a
Paypal link & button for crediting the hosting account directly -- I
never see the funds themselves, they just go straight toward account
hosting credit:

We don't really need the "fund drives" which, in the past, were very
critical to keeping the list alive.
