[T3] Lack of high beam and turn signals

Fuse box is only tucked as the scews are missing and have not found the proper ones.

Emergency switch is out of the dash for all the testing and leaving it out until I get it all straitened out.  The insulation moves about quarter half a millimeter.

All mounting screws tight.
