BTW, that flaw in the TS switch is usually rather easily fixable. 
I've never worked on a switch this early, but if you'd care to send 
it to me someday, I'd be happy to give it a shot.

I'd give you a break, just to get the experience, and there would be 
no charge at all if I can't fix it.
