Trouble is '73 diagram ('72 has no circuits listed) does not have the
idiot light circuit.  I have looked all over the pages, and none to be
found.  Even tried for the ignition switch, tracing the generator wiring,
and over all spending an hour with no results.  This furthers my dislike
for the Bentley (many mistakes but sadly the best we have).

I said I tried both switches, with no change in results; sorry I did not
make this clear.  I have even eliminated the turn signal switch with no
result.  I even swapped wires around with no results.

You mind telling me where on the page it shows what you are talking about?
I have a color Bentley so maybe there are changes made later on that
includes what you are wanting me to look at (such as the '72 circuit trace).
This is were I miss Russ, as I could call him, and go though things right
there.  I be willing to call if that work out for you and could even tell me
when.  Thursday or later be best.

My Squareback is an August '70, and does not match any of the wiring
diagrams.  Can someone get me a picture of the fuse box wiring for an
early '71 model year?  Thank you in advance! :D

I have on the first from the right a black wire and green wire on the same
spade.  Black goes to ignition, and green goes to the emergency flasher
switch.  The power then goes though E.F.S. to the flasher relay and back
again, then to the switch.  On five from the right there is red wire to
positive of the E.F.S. which now has a red fuse (had blue but blew it so
did not make me feel comfortable) to keep from blowing the white fuse
(Jack's suggestion which works fantastic).

The plan is tomorrow I am going to get the '73 wrecked harness, combine with
mine, and redo all the under dash wiring Thursday, hopefully eliminating the
shorted wire (never got back an answer to be sure how I am testing is right
and hard for me to do physically (Asperger's).  But, main purpose is to be 100
percent sure all is in the right place.  The connectors are badly fatigued from
all the disconnecting and connecting so have a couple repairs to make.

Thank you so very much!
