[T3] Torque Spec

It's there in the engine torque section: Oil strainer to crankcase, 5
ft-lbs.

Thanks Jim..  I guess that makes Deutschland sense.

I would have ALSO expected the torque spec for the six Oil Strainer to
Crankcase (sump plate) Nuts to be in the section 5, about Lubrication &
Maintenance.
