[T3] knocking sound at a hard stop-front of car

Has this car had any front brake work done to it recently? I'm only asking, 
 because maybe the caliper mount bolts have loosened up. It's about the 
only  thing I can think of, since you've already changed rims. Otherwise, I'd 
have to  ask if you have Varga brand calipers on the car, with 8 spokes, as 
I've found  the nub on the caliper likes to hit the spokes.
