[T3] Plastic Grommets between quarter and back glass

I'm sure they're the same as Bug ones, but I expect they are as
sun-scorched, which kills the plastic.

I haven't thought about a bug Dave(I have a 71 stander beetle will have a
look on that). I'll have to check that out. Our heat here in the
southeastern US can be rough on plastic stuff like this.
