[T3] Plastic Grommets between quarter and back glass

Yes, they are Type 3 parts but they were also used on the Type 1 when they
put through-flow ventilation into them as well.  With such a low demand for
Type 3 parts, you'll probably only see them advertised for Bugs, but they
are the same parts.
