[T3] Bosch regulator

Keith, I had a similar issue on my car recently.  And it wasn't the
generator or the VR, it was the green wire going to the generator!  It was
frayed and actually the broken wires were so close to each other that it
would arc and allow charging, but my light would glow.  It was hidden under
a spark plug wire!  When I found/fixed it, my light never came back on...
just a thought!
