[T3] Bosch regulator

The Brain swap should have nothing to do with the charging system, the
regulator has no idea what brain it has in it.

However, if the idle is a little lower now because the system has been
changed, you may now see a difference in the generator light

After replacing the brain, I now seem to have a low flicker in my generator
light at warm idle.  Hardly noticeable right now.  I have the electronic VR
too.  About 1-2 years on that now.

Is this related to the brain swap or just coincidence?

Belt tension and condition are good.  Checking brushes next.

Thoughts?  Thanks all.....
