Slide the handle into the top end of the jack and then invert the 
jace, putting the handle sticking out the bottom. With the offset end 
of the handle sticking forward or back (I forget which way works) the 
whole thing will fit nicely.

Or just let it sit loose in the trunk.

I only recall seeing the Bilstein name on the seldom seen crank type 
jack. Dave seems to think those were supplied for the late cars. My 
impression is that they were mixed in and supplied randomly over 
various years, but I've never been able to see any pattern. Dave may 
be right, as both parts of the mount clip are different, so the 
bodies had to be prepared for one or the other.
