[T3] Bilstein jack position

I think if the bar is in the tube upside down, it would tend to fall out
when taken out - probably why I keep it separate!

Bilstein used to be cast into the foot of the jack 'in the old days' - maybe
it's there on more recent ones too, but I've not noticed for a while.

Slide the handle into the top end of the jack and then invert the jace,
putting the handle sticking out the bottom. With the offset end of the
handle sticking forward or back (I forget which way works) the whole thing
will fit nicely.

Or just let it sit loose in the trunk.

I only recall seeing the Bilstein name on the seldom seen crank type jack.
Dave seems to think those were supplied for the late cars. My impression is
that they were mixed in and supplied randomly over various years, but I've
never been able to see any pattern. Dave may be right, as both parts of the
mount clip are different, so the bodies had to be prepared for one or the
other.
