[T3] Started after seven years, now what?

I'd like to add to Jim's excellent suggestions.

Do the "hard harder" test on the brakes, in the garage.  You press on
the brake pedal for a few seconds, then press harder and hold for 10
to 15 seconds.  If there is a leak somewhere, it should show up.  It's
nice to find brake problems before you actually have an emergency
situation on the road.
