That's the best way, when I last had the engine out I used braze, it would
have been fine if I had taken more time to fit the donuts well... I didn't
build enough braze up and got it out of round.

We have fixed now. We just took our wire welder and filled in the low spots
then grinded it down smooth and even to where the doughnut gasket fits snug.
