[T3] Lifters that wont rotate

Keith,

I have seen this happen many times with type 4 motors. It happens when
folks try to run solid lifters on hydraulic cams. The harder metal on a
hydraulic cam will eat a solid lifter in short order and stop its rotation.
The cam always looks fine and is usually undamaged.

So IF this is the case, you will need to switch back to hydraulic lifters
and use steel hydraulic pushrods. Aluminum pushrods are for stock solid
lifter motors only...or split the case and change out the cam.
