[T3] Snow!

It's on it's way Keith. We got about 1 to 1.5 inches of it here, but this  
was after it rained all day (thursday). The air temps are hovering right at 
32,  but the windchill has it down to 19. The salt truck has been by twice 
today too  (in both directions).
