[T3] Faulty Fuel Pump

Jump your relay with a clip lead and then take a voltmeter and see if you
have 12V right at the fuel pump contacts, maybe you have a bad connector at
the pump, the motor has a good inductive kick on startup so it will blow
loose a bad connection.

That was the first thing I tried, then pulled the power lead and put it to
12 volts. I know the relay works as tested the last time I worked on her. As
I said, both relays click.
