One thing I did on the louvers after grinding out all the old paint was to
just hit the edge of metal with a quick line of POR 15 or primer, that edge
wont get paint on it when sprayed from the front side, so going at it from
the back before the color coat goes on will give you some insurance against
rusting.

Yes if we put the doors on with the fenders on we will defiantly do that.
The kids in the body shop haven't started on the quarts so will do on the
louvers.
