[T3] Speedometer/Odometer ratio?

I.I.R.C. Russ said bias plys had a ratio of 82. But, as for 1.47, what if it had to do with the transmission drive? 0 for wheel, and 1 for transmission?

What we need is the code off Russ's as he said it was not correct. Maybe there others too.
