[T3] no start -- but just drove it!

Running the starter draws extra power, and the trigger points in the  
distributor run the pump while it's turning over and running. If you get the  
fuel ring primed first, then you lessen the amount of time that you actually  
have to run the starter motor. It won't hurt anything to run the priming 
system  and the starter at the same time, but it might take longer to actually 
get the  engine to fire off.
