[T3] no start -- but just drove it!

OK BINGO !
here's the issue. I didn't know about that 2nd wire that goes to the
diagnostic plug. I was thinking all along that IT was the wire from
the front. Indeed, I have now found that the wire from the ignition
switch was disconnected and hanging up above where I couldn't see it.
Only question left is: Which terminal on the solenoid is for the
ignition wire and which is for the ECU testing point. Or does it
matter? I can't tell if those two terminals are connected, in which
case it doesn't matter. But if it does matter, will someone tell me
which goes on which?
I have an upper terminal that is horizontal and a side one that is
vertical. I believe I found the white ECU wire on the upper when I
started all of this.
