I don't see any improvement. I would try to avoid using special 
features like bullet points and indenting. Straight text works best. 
Don't try to be fancy.

The messages you send directly to me appear the same as the ones that 
get forwarded by our list server, so I don't think this is a list 
server problem. You tried to send me some Open Office documents that 
I couldn't read. Any chance your Open Office apps are at work here?
