Years ago I remember a swamp cooler attached to the Plymouth.  It was filled with water and hung on one of the door windows.  Every once in a while it was necessary to pull the string (like a window shade) to rotate the roller housed inside the cooler.  If the roller got over saturated, it would spray droplets of water into the car.  However, It did cool the passengers.  I’d be a little surprised if you could find one.
