Shake out as much fluid as you can. Wrap it in something absorbent. 
Seal it in a zip lock bag. Wrap that in a brown PAPER grocery bag as 
a cushion, then in a box. DON'T use bubble wrap or plastic peanuts.

Don't know what that is. Water is heavier than gas, so that would be 
on the bottom.
