I think some  of the CB heads at least have the boss cast so you can
drill&tap for  the FI CHT.



You can use the "non-vented" heads, but you need to change the oil breather 
 box to the single cap (71 and earlier) version. If you use the non-vented 
heads  with the 2 cap breather, you'll have oil blowby at the fan. Russ 
literally beat  this into us on the Samba, and others have found this out the 
hard way. Just  something to think about.
