[T3] Back in the 'Back again!

We had a special aircooled VW turnout for the funeral of the wife of a
long-standing member of our club and the Karmann Ghia Club, with three Type
3s, a Type 1 Ghia, two Type 3 Ghias and a VW Camper.  What a colourful show
we made in our green, yellow, blue, orange, maroon and turquoise VWs,
compared with the sombre grey, silver and black cars that seem to be normal
these days, and that's not including the funeral cars.

The thunderstorm and hail wasn't too welcome, but the sun was out meantime.

I haven't driven my Squareback in January in 20 years but today, it was warm
enough to actually start it And the roads were clean and dry so I actually
pulled it out and drove it around block!  I almost drove it down to Albany
to pick up A carpet but decided not to risk some salt or wet roads but it
was just a blast  being back in it again!

So much for winter this year!
