I'd never heard this before, so I just went to the Berg site and see 
that they say to add 4-5 deg for semi-hemis. That gets us to 
something in the range of 34 to 37, depending on how aggressive you 
want to be.

Berg's emphasis has always been on racing, mostly drag racing, so I 
have to wonder if this same recommendation applies to long term 
highway driving.
